MMC071 – MMCDCS-2A-2 Auger Filling Line (Rotary) 500g and 5000g With Reject
The operator puts a tub on the indexing table, after which the tub will be pushed through to the rotary star wheel, the tub will activate an eye and then the tub will be filled with powder.
Operations
The operator puts a tub on the indexing table, after which the tub will be pushed through to the rotary starr wheel, the tub will activate an eye and then the tub will be filled with powder. The volume of powder will be determined by the setting on the touch screen. Under the tub there is a check weigher that will check for the correct weight. If the weight is incorrect the tub will be rejected after it exits the starwheel.
